Our R&D detonation chambers are a perfect fit to accommodate scientific investigations and daily R&D detonics experiments with energetic materials, from 80 g to 5 kg TNT eq.

These blast chambers allow scientists to test their pyrotechnical devices in an indoor environment. They also guarantee total safety for both operators and the surrounding infrastructure, in particular thanks to an inner shielding specifically designed to contain fragments.

Automated door actuation and practical equipment for preparing the charges make carrying out the daily operations in the chamber easier as well as safer.

These blast chambers can be equipped with optical ports for cameras or X-Ray imaging, and with gas-tight feedthrough connectors for the required instrumentation system (shock physics, blast effects, thermal flux, temperature, etc.).

They are also completely customizable with automated gas filtering, purging, venting and automation systems according to your needs and for your convenience.
